The Mobile Data Service* feature of BlackBerry Enterprise Server enables always-on/push-based access to enterprise applications and information using the BlackBerry device, browser and software development tools. It provides HTTP/HTTPS connectivity as well as an open, extensible and secure interface for extending corporate applications and the corporate intranet based on existing web standards.
