Acrendo Software today introduced the latest version of AImed (pronounced a-eye-med), its MS Windows-based Medical Practice Management software. The newly released AImed 4.5 (formerly MedTrax) adds optional Billing and EMR modules to the Scheduling, Patient Demographics and External Communication functionality found in the previous version. The new Billing and EMR modules are rich in features important to smaller practices, and are tightly integrated with AImed Standard Edition. Also included in the new release are significant improvements to the Standard Edition.
