Sysload FeedBack Agent for IP provides information about response times and availability from a user perspective. Response times are gathered from both inside and outside a fire-wall, and used to provide data that ensures that the website is working properly and that response times (end-to-end user experience) are acceptable.

By combining response time data, with server-side systems data, more data is provided to allow monitoring of a complete e-business system.

Feedback Agent for IP monitors response times from the agent to a server, by replaying transactions at specified intervals. This includes static and dynamic web applications as well as other server applications. Response times are collected and alarms can be sent if performance and availability goals are not fulfilled. The agent is managed using a standard Web Browser. Using the browser, an administrator specifies transactions to run, intervals, alarm settings etc.
