ABSTRACT:
Cerado’s win and loss service contacts every one of your sales reps after every quarter with an easy-to-complete survey regarding the deals that were won, lost, or slipped out of the quarter. Relevant information such as who the competition was, why the deal was won or lost, what products were involved, and other items are actively gathered from every sales rep as soon as the quarter closes — the only window of opportunity where reps are most able (and likely) to take the time to capture this critical data. The win-loss information is then pulled together and delivered in an easy-to-read format that gives unprecedented insight into what’s really happening in the field.
