ABSTRACT:
Backup for Workgroups gives you a complete Exchange Server 2003 backup plan that includes your Exchange Server 2003 databases, your Active Directory data and the entire computer(s) these applications are installed on - without stopping the service or interrupting the flow of e-mail.
Depending upon your installation, you may need to backup just your Exchange Server 2003 computer or you may need to backup your Exchange Server 2003 computer and any other computers that are hosting Active Directory data.
With Backup for Workgroups, you need to use a Server Client to backup your Exchange Server computer and then activate the Exchange Server Add-On component software to backup the Exchange Server 2003 database. Also, use a Server Client on the computer(s) holding the Active Directory data.
