Portfolio Edge is a powerful planning system with the ability to build planning scenarios that easily predict and visualize the impact to the business from varying mixes of investments in IT, New Product Development or other strategic business initiatives. Portfolio Edge allows organizations to make educated Buy-Hold-Sell decisions, shifting resources away from low impact investments or projects to those that will maximize the effectiveness of their overall portfolio.
Portfolio Edges is a highly configurable system to create unique or mixed portfolio investments types (e.g., projects, programs, products, buildings, stores, systems, processes, machinery) and organize them in a user-definable hierarchy. Multiple business units/operations may build portfolios containing their unique investments without sacrificing the ability to roll-up investment data across the enterprise. |
