ABSTRACT:
The Network Engines Data Management Appliance (DMA) is a cost-effective, easily deployed management and protection solution for maximizing the life and efficiency of complex, mission-critical Microsoft Exchange Server environments. Based on award-winning CommVault QiNetix? software, the DMA provides full- and message-level disk-based backup and restore functions. It allows users to easily move ever-expanding Exchange data to secondary storage locations and to ensure business continuity during migrations to new releases of Exchange.
In addition, the DMA shortens backup windows and swiftly restores lost or corrupted data. By closelymanaging Exchange data, the DMA extends the life of Exchange Server hardware and allows administrators to seamlessly implement mailbox quotas. To provide long-term investment protection, the DMA includes an array of upgrade options.
