ABSTRACT:
There are two basic types of conference calls: Toll-Free Reservationless and Flat-Rate. Your needs determine what's right for you. Use the guidelines below to choose a category, then continue on to pick the plan that suits your needs.
Do you want your attendees to pay no long-distance charges for their call? You pay the per-minute costs for their connection (and yours) to your conference call. Ideal for the occasional conference call with a small working group and/or calls where you entice guests with a free call to hear a special marketing or sales presentation.
Ideal for those organizations planning to make frequent calls, and are budget-conscious. These Flat-Rate packages feature unlimited use at a flat monthly charge, with no long-term contract. Calls with as few as 4 and as great as 1000 may benefit from a flat rate plan.
