ABSTRACT:
Social Engineering is the attempt to gain information and or tangible objects through the manipulation and deception of people and or events. Modular Security offers an extensive Social Engineering program that can be conducted locally and or remotely.

Modular Security engineers have used numerous schemes to gain unauthorized access, obtain classified information and acquire critical hardware and software from corporations. What makes this type of test so important is its ability to uncover weaknesses in policy and or training. These potential areas of risk can reduce an extremely strong network design to an inconsequential side show. By gaining access through means other then direct network attack, individuals with little or no technical knowledge can be a greater danger then the most talented of hackers.
