FutureSoft BGP4 (Border Gateway Protocol) software is a portable implementation of the BGP Version-4 related RFCs.FutureSoft BGP4 exchanges network reachability information with other BGP systems. This information helps in constructing graphs of the AS so that routing loops can be detected. Intelligent routing decisions can be taken based on policies like Multi Exit Discriminator/Local Preference. The software includes support for interaction with IGP and classless inter-domain routing.
