Caroline is the AVP, Midmarket Strategies for Cognos, an IBM Company. Through a variety of roles based both in Europe and North America, she has worked closely with business intelligence customers and has extensive knowledge of SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft applications. Over the course of 19 years with Cognos and more than 23 years in the industry, Caroline has contributed to the growth and changes in business intelligence software and the fundamental shifts to its underlying architecture.

Jim Mulholland
VP of Information Technology, Creativity Inc.
Jim is the VP of IT for Creativity, a designer and distributor of crafting and hobby products. Jim was involved in working with major pharmaceutical companies building clinical and sales data warehouses. He also served as Exec. Director for Verispan and led the design of multi-terrabyte patient-level database, utilized by their customers to analyze prescription activity in the marketplace. Jim is a BI evangelist and has been building solutions within the space for over 15 years.
