ABSTRACT:
While new technologies such as web services simplify communication between disparate systems, they add to the existing complexity associated with application performance management. As the number of web applications increase, it becomes difficult to meet performance and SLA objectives. When Web applications perform poorly, revenue, productivity, and the end user experience suffer.
This Webcast discusses how to manage the performance and availability of complex, SOA-based applications, including web applications, enterprise portals and Web services. Learn how to combine deep visibility into the end-user experience and application infrastructure performance, allowing IT teams to:
- Monitor customer transactions and application health 24x7
- Detect and prioritize incidents based severity and business impact
- Diagnose the root cause of issues quickly and collaboratively
- Effectively monitor and manage SLA compliance
