Mike Epplin is responsible for all service related technical resources for OpenService. By managing the Systems Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Support personnel, he ensures that OpenService's customers receive the attention each one deserves to ensure a smooth transition from the beginning of the sales cycle to the deployment and support phase.
Mr. Epplin brings an extensive background in systems, security, and network management to OpenService and extensive prior experience with several of OpenService's legacy products. Before OpenService, Epplin was a Sr. Systems Engineer at GTE TSI, responsible for designing, developing and implementing management and monitoring tools for a diverse array of applications and networking infrastructures which required 99.9999% up time.
