ABSTRACT:
This Podcast addresses the technical burdens associated with ESI and offers practical solutions for managing the risks of storing large volumes of corporate data longer than necessary. As part one of a three part series, this presentation will give you a basic outline for managing ESI in a practical way.
Parts two and three will examine the many challenges for legal professionals brought on by the 2006 FRCP amendments and will offer practical action plans and tools for identifying, assessing and managing the inherent risks associated with ESI.
