ABSTRACT:
Monitoring and change management are consistent and significant features of compliance.
For organizations that are subject to multiple regulations, this fact is especially valuable since it represents an opportunity to exploit investments in monitoring and change-management solutions to solve multiple problems.
Regardless, for any organization, monitoring and change management require careful implementation or these activities can mushroom into bureaucratic procedures that sap IT resources and bog down the organization.
Providing more than a general description of each regulation, this paper will identify each regulation's specific change management and monitoring requirements. It will also highlight the commonalities and important differences between the regulations within the scope of change management and monitoring.
