ABSTRACT:
The multidisciplinary engineering firm Meinhardt Asia Pte has more than 350 highly skilled managers, engineers, technicians, and support staff in Singapore offices. Team leaders are often in the field and away from convenient access to critical email communication from colleagues and customers. The challenge they face is being able to respond to clients very quickly on mission-critical projects. Meinhardt Asia needed a mobility solution that would: (1) allow the company to utilize its existing Lotus environment, (2) be device-agnostic, and (3) provide a high level of reliability.
