HP Quality Center is a web-based system for automated software quality testing across a wide range of IT and application environments. It is designed to optimize and automate key quality activities, including requirements, test and defects management, functional testing and business process testing. At all points in the process, you have visibility into where your quality project stands, so you can optimize software quality while managing and controlling risk as you develop and test an application. HP Quality Center includes industry-leading products such as HP TestDirector for Quality Center software, HP QuickTest Professional software, HP WinRunner software and the new HP Business Process Testing software.

Michael Giacometti is an HP TestDirector for Quality Center software CPC and an HP Certified Instructor with more than seven years of quality assurance (QA) experience. He is currently a QA architect for a Fortune 500 financial services company. His responsibilities include creation and implementation of a company-wide QA process, creation and technical management of an Automation Center of Excellence, and the overall administration and implementation of one of the largest HP TestDirector for Quality Center sites in the world, with more than 2,500 users. Michael has created more than 25 applications to support HP TestDirector for Quality Center and has presented at industry conferences, including QAI USA.
