ABSTRACT:
IBM i and its predecessor systems have always been touchstones for system reliability, availability, serviceability and low total cost of ownership. That's probably why organizations are using it to run their other business applications. It's also one of the reasons why you should use IBM i as your CRM platform.
In addition, much of the value of a CRM comes from integrating it with your back-end systems. That integration is much easier and less expensive when your CRM and back-end systems share an operating platform. And sharing a platform is also the best way to make the ultimate goal of integration--seamless, real-time data sharing--practical.
