ABSTRACT:
The confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of information sent by E-mail will play an ever greater role in the exchange of E-mails between businesses in light of the latest developments, E-mail encryption solution is the only answer.
Centralised encryption of E-mails at Domino server level looks like a good way forward. GROUP Technologies has come up with a solution that takes this general approach. On the basis of pre-defined procedures, E-mails are encrypted on the server automatically, i.e. without intervention by the user. This is an advantage because responsibility for deciding which data is to be encrypted when sent to whom and how no longer lies with employees, who no longer needs to think about the encryption of their E-mails. Inquiries are no longer directed to the IT helpdesk, so productivity, efficiency and data security are all improved and costs are reduced.
