Mr. Girard was European research director for New Science Associates (acquired by Gartner), and a founder of the advanced network computing research practice.
Joe Owen
Vice President of Engineering for Sybase iAnywhere
Joe Owen is responsible for product strategy and Research and Development for Sybase iAnywhere's mobile management and security products. Previously, Mr. Owen was CTO of XcelleNet, which was acquired by Sybase iAnywhere in 2004. Mr. Owen held several positions at XcelleNet, including Vice President, Product Management and Vice President, Business Development.
