ABSTRACT:
This study results show that most CIOs believe performance management (PM) can help organizations achieve their strategic goals, while other members of the C-suite don't seem to be as favourable or familiar with the potential of performance management. However, the connection between effective performance management and corporate success suggests that CIOs and their organizations may benefit by devoting more resources to performance management.
